What platform or software is used for conducting Mallo Chat?
We use Discord, a platform designed for community building. With this app, you can stay connected to us from all devices, 24/7!
How fast will the replies be?
We try to aim for at least 3 meaningful responses to teach you about Korean everyday. That being said, we normally always have a presence in the community space when we are not in classes - so you should receive a response within an hour!
What payment methods are accepted?
All of our 1:1 Class memberships provide access to a Private 1:1 Mallo Chat classroom.
Our Group Class packages will grant you access to a Mallo Chat Group Classroom with the other students in your session.
