Getting set up on Skype

Your Mallo lessons will take place on Skype. Skype allows our lessons to be recorded across all devices. Calls are recorded and kept for monitoring and training purposes to provide the best services to you. They will also be provided to you so you can review your learning!*

1. Download Skype

Download Skype for your device for free:

• for iPhone
• for Android phones
• for Windows computer
• for Mac

2. Create your Account

If you already have a Skype ID:

1. Open Skype and click or tap Skype name, email or phone.
2. Enter your Skype name, email or phone and select Sign in.
3. Enter your password and select the arrow to continue. You’re now signed in to Skype.

If you don't have a Skype ID:

1. Start Skype and click or tap Create new account.
2. Follow the steps to create your Skype ID

3. Add Mallo Academy to your friend list

Using Email Address:

1. Search: team@malloacademy.com
2. Send us a 'Hi!'
