Top restaurants rated by professional food critics can be rated up to 3 blue ribbons.

Ordinary diners can award up to 2 blue ribbons for restaurants they find outstanding.

If you see this blue ribbon mark at a restaurant, you can rest assured that the food will be nothing but great!
